Fenced Off Area, Mill Pond Close

The appeal to Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government by Shanly Homes the freeholder of Mill Pond Close against Lambeth's refusal to grant planning permission for the development of the site known as "Land Adjacent to 54 Crimsworth Road" was dismissed.

The SBRC objected the the development from the outset as the land formed part of the communal gardens until it was fenced off by Shanly Homes prior to the planning application. SBRC hope to agree with freeholder that the site is returned to its former state and the fence removed
