Main Gates


There are two gates at the entrance to Mill Pond Close, a vehicle and a pedestrain gate. There are a number of options availble to you and your visitors to gain entry
 
 
 
 
 

Residents
Vehicle Gate
The main entry phones are located to the right of the vehicle gates (both inside and outside of the entrance).

The vehical gate can be opened by entering a code into the keypad (both on entry and exit). If you don't know the code then please contact us

The gate can also be opened using a remote control. 

Pedestrian Gate
The Pedestrian gate can be opened by entering a code into the small illuminated keypad. If you don't know the code please contact us.

Visitors
Vehicle Gate
The main entry phones are located to the right of the vehicle gates (both inside and outside of the entrance).

To gain entry or exit visitors should use the key pad and enter reset, your flat number and call. The units are programmed to call your home telephone number.

When you answer your telephone you should be able to speak to your visitor for up to one minute.

To open the gate you must press the # key on your telephone. You should hear a conformation tone then the call will disconnect.

Your visitors will also need to do the same when exiting Mill Pond Close.

Pedestrian Gate 
Pedestrian visitor will need to enter and exit via the vehicle gate (see above instructions).

Change of phone number
If you have just moved in and the phone number has changed or need to change the telephone number programmed into the entry phone please contact us

There is a charge for this as the intercom is programmed remotely by the supplier and charges the SBRC to do this

Leaseholders who rent their properties are requested if possible to retain the same telephone number between renters to minimise gate access problems.

General
We have a maintenance and call out contract for the main gate. Please contact Contact us if you notice a fault.

The vehicle gate can also be opened manually in an emergency by one of the company directors or the gate maintenance company.

We aim to this as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee an immediate response.
